2. Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
✔ Service Not Delivered – If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service due to our own limitations, a full refund may be issued.
✔ Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same service, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction.
✔ Service Failure – If our troubleshooting efforts do not resolve the issue and you report the problem within 24 hours of service completion, a partial or full refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
